What do I need to use MyScientist?

A Malvern Panalytical Account. If you already use the Customer Portal or MyStore, you have one — sign in with those details. If not, you can create one free.

How do I start?

Sign in from the welcome page, then type your question in the box. MyScientist answers using Malvern Panalytical's own knowledge.

Account and access

I already use the Customer Portal or MyStore. Do I need another account?

No. It is the same Malvern Panalytical Account — sign in with the details you already have.

How do I create an account?

Choose Create free account on the welcome page and fill in the registration form. It takes a couple of minutes. Start creating an account.

How long until I can sign in?

Usually a few minutes, but it can take up to an hour. You will get a verification email as soon as your account is ready.

I do not have a password.

The first time, if you have not verified your account and set up the One-Time-Pin, choose Forgot your password? on the sign in screen and follow the email to create one.

Support

Nothing has arrived, or I still cannot sign in.
